REFUND POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged or for any reason you are unhappy. 

To start a return, you can contact us at furry@beamingbeaver.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if the order is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by direct deposit. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Australia post to ship all orders. We dispatch your order within 3 working days, unless delay on supplies inhibits this time frame, in which case you will be notified by email. 

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, floods, fires etc).

Due to our privacy policy your order will be shipped in a discreet plain satchet. 

*Please note for Christmas period or special calendar events, delivery may take longer then expected.
